I am passionate about protecting all life – people, animals, and our environment. We are all connected. I continue to widen my circle of compassion and to stand up for those without a voice. Through nonviolence, understanding, teaching, and learning I continue to deepen my connection with the world.
I love discovering new vegan and raw food recipes (especially those that I can share with friends!). The joy of good food is a big part of my life.
My daily Bikram yoga practice reminds me that healing comes from within. But I’ve also learned that, with the help of others on the path, our journey to health is often easier. I am eager to share my belief that knowledge of yourself – physically, mentally and emotionally – is the key. Give your body what it needs… and allow it to heal.
